evreg.ie provides event registration services connecting families with event organizers such as clubs, schools, scouts, churches, and youth organizations.

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining your account security
• You must have authority to register family members on their behalf
• You agree to share health and dietary information with event organizers when required for event participation

You agree NOT to use evreg.ie to:

• Send unsolicited commercial, sales, or marketing communications
• Use contact forms to solicit services, products, or business opportunities
• Harvest email addresses or contact information for marketing purposes
• Spam event organizers or platform administrators

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.

• Organizers are responsible for their events and appropriate use of registrant data
• Organizers must comply with applicable data protection laws
• Organizers set their own event policies, including refund and cancellation policies

• Payments are processed securely by Stripe
• Refund policies are set by individual event organizers
• Platform fees are non-refundable
• All prices are displayed in the currency set by the event organizer

• We provide the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for event cancellations or actions taken by event organizers
• Our liability is limited to fees paid to us in the preceding 12 months
• We are not responsible for the accuracy of information provided by event organizers

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
